These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through hahaessentials.store and govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Mr Ha Ha Essentials.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. An order is considered accepted when we confirm that the order has been processed for fulfilment.

If we are unable to supply an ordered product, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed and dispatched.

4. Delivery

Orders generally require up to 3 business days for processing before dispatch.

After dispatch, estimated delivery is approximately 9–15 business days, depending on destination, carrier and other circumstances.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, industrial action or other transport disruptions.

We will not use delivery estimates to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. International Orders

Mr Ha Ha Essentials accepts orders from selected international destinations.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are permitted to be imported into their country.

Depending on the destination, additional customs duties, taxes, import charges, clearance fees or other government charges may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs requirements and delivery times vary between countries and are outside our control.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights operate independently of any manufacturer's warranty or other voluntary warranty that may apply to a product.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us at:

We will work with you to determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. Change of Mind

Where permitted by law, a change-of-mind return is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in their place of residence.
