1. Order Processing

Orders generally require up to 3 business days to be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Processing begins once payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information or tracking details where tracking is available.

2. Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

Processing: Up to 3 business days
Delivery after dispatch: Approximately 9–15 business days

Therefore, customers should generally allow approximately 12–18 business days from order to delivery, depending on the destination and carrier.

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Carriers

We may use different shipping carriers and fulfilment services depending on the product, destination and shipping method available.

The carrier used may therefore vary between orders.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer.

4. International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International deliveries may take longer than estimated due to:

customs processing;
import inspections;
local postal services;
public holidays;
weather or transport disruptions;
customs documentation requirements; or
other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for checking that ordered products can legally be imported into their country.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Mr Ha Ha Essentials does not control customs processing times or fees imposed by government authorities.

6. Delivery Delays

Although we work to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays can occasionally occur.

Please include your order number so we can investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed, missing or incorrectly delivered orders.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or additional delivery charges may apply.

If you realise that your delivery details are incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at mm2323@live.com.au.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before dispatch where possible, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

For damaged products, photographs of the packaging and product may assist us in assessing the issue.

We will work with the relevant delivery provider where necessary and will provide any remedy required under applicable consumer law.

9. Delivery Estimates and Consumer Rights

Delivery timeframes displayed by Mr Ha Ha Essentials are estimates.

We will not use an estimated delivery timeframe to remove or restrict any consumer rights that apply when goods are not supplied within the agreed timeframe or a reasonable timeframe.

Australian Consumer Law protections continue to apply to online purchases.
